3D Printed Item Care

All of our products are 3D printed with care and attention to detail. Because these items are made from plastic-based materials, they should be handled thoughtfully to help them last longer.

• Keep items away from high heat or direct sunlight for long periods, as heat may cause warping

• Avoid leaving products in hot cars or outdoor environments

• Handle articulated items gently to prevent stress on smaller moving parts

• Clean with a soft, dry cloth or a lightly damp cloth if needed

• Not intended for rough play unless specifically stated

Quality Expectations

3D printing is a unique manufacturing process, and part of its charm is that each piece may have slight variations. Small layer lines, minor surface marks, or subtle differences in finish are normal and expected with 3D printed products. These are not defects, but a natural part of the printing process that makes each item unique.

We do our best to provide high-quality prints, but please note:

• Slight imperfections may be visible

• Colors may vary slightly depending on material availability and screen settings

• Articulated items may have small differences in movement or feel from piece to piece

• Each item is inspected before shipping to ensure it meets our standards

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our products are custom made, made to order, or color-selected by the customer, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work with you to make it right.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

• Buyer’s remorse

• Incorrect color choices submitted at checkout

• Normal 3D printing variations

• Damage caused by improper handling or exposure to heat

Custom Orders

Custom and personalized items are made specifically for you. Please double-check all size, color, and customization requests before placing your order. Once production begins, changes may not be possible.
