GB 3D Printing & Design (Grandma’s Basement) is committed to delivering your order safely and in a timely manner. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed and shipped.
Order Processing
All items are custom-made and printed to order. Production times vary based on product type, order size, and current workload. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided when possible but are not guaranteed.
Shipping Methods
We ship using trusted carriers. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order size, weight, and destination. At this time, we ship within the United States unless otherwise stated.
Delivery Times
Shipping timeframes are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. GB 3D Printing & Design is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and item. For lost packages marked as delivered by the carrier, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. We will assist when possible but cannot guarantee replacement.
Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
