At GB 3D Printing & Design (Grandma’s Basement), we take pride in delivering high-quality, custom-made products. Because most items are printed to order, this policy reflects the nature of custom manufacturing while remaining fair to our customers.
Custom & Made-to-Order Products
All custom 3D printed items, personalized designs, and made-to-order products are non-refundable once production has started. This includes items created from customer-provided files or designs developed specifically for a customer.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos and a description of the issue. Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund at our discretion.
Errors on Our Part
If we make an error in materials, dimensions, or specifications that were approved prior to printing, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:

Normal characteristics of 3D printing (layer lines, minor surface imperfections, or color variation)

Errors in files or measurements provided by the customer

Changes of mind after printing has begun
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund before printing begins. Once production has started, cancellations are not eligible for a refund.
